Under Turkish Law, all types of corporations are determined by law.
With regard to this, if there exists a corporation except of certain types, this corporation is valid under Code of Obligations, whileas the corporations types valid under Code of Commerce are:

-Limited Liability Company (LLC)
-Cooperative Company,
